I am very Olympic Today

				We’ve found several ways to incorporate the Olympic Rings in our week. And now Iddo is pointing out the Olympic circles every time she sees them. All three kids did some Olympic Rings art. We had Olympic Rings hair. And we all enjoyed our Olympic Rings dips dinner. Keep reading

			Fool-proof way to pack for a trip

				My problem was how to pack the kids’ clothes. Because their clothes have a lot less mass and volume there is greater chance of them getting all mixed up and jumbled if left loose. And the internet’s suggestion to put each outfit for each kid for each day in a ziplock bag was going to be way too many bags for me. So I figured out something better and cheaper. And as a bonus, it worked out that without having to ask, Brett knew what each kid was supposed to wear each day too. Keep reading

				Two weeks ago we put up our hummingbird feeders. It immediately prompted Iddo to ask what a hummingbird was and where they lived. We quickly looked up some photos of hummingbirds and their nests and I decided that after her nap we’d spend the afternoon exploring hummingbirds and learning about them. Keep reading
