I remember at 31 getting a house to play with. And I’m really enjoying playing house. Brett had thought he’d wait till he had someone to buy a house with before he bought a house, but then the market looked good so he bought his house when he was 31 (same house I got at 31, weird!!) Keep reading

I remember at 29 wondering if quitting one thing would mean I’d always quit when things weren’t so much fun any more. … I worried that quitting a job when I didn’t like it any more meant I’d quit other things, like perhaps a marriage (hey! nobody ever said my fears were rational!), when they stopped being enjoyable as well.
