Makes Me Smile

It always seems like it is the most simple things in life that make me smile. It’s one of the things I like about me.

Today my happy thoughts are scrolly mice (for computers) and black-eyed susans on the side of the freeway in the bright sunshine on my way home from class tonight.

Yesterday evening there was a bit of a rainbow in the south part of Utah County as I rounded the point of the mountain. And the sunset was a beautiful pink/orange. And then there was a thunder shower with the gentle thunder and the smell of rain.

It truly is a gift to be simple.
