It’s true. My husband can read my mind. But I’ve found he is a lot better at reading my mind when I think out loud.
If I think to myself out loud, “I’d like to cuddle,” or it’s alternative “Apparently, I’m cuddling,” it’s amazing how often he figures out I want to cuddle and we cuddle.
Same thing when I think out loud to myself “I’m thirsty/hungry,” and he randomly decides to ask me what he can get me to eat/drink.
It’s kind of spooky. ๐
It doesn’t work so well when I don’t do my thinking out loud.
No it does. What you don’t realize is that when you think about being thirsty, I visualize getting you a drink. :brett:
YES! I’ve learned that on some things it’s better if I think out loud. But there are still things that are better off left in my head. ๐
I found that men don’t take a hint. You have to tell them what you are thinking.
My husband is amazing at mind reading….as long as I articulate my needs. ๐ If I say I’m thirsty, he just goes about his business. If I say, can we stop for a drink, it’s like the bells go off. ding ding ding, lets stop for a drink…Mind reading at its best…
My husband really spooks me  out on how well he reads me period. One day I was just “thinking” about telling him something, but didn’t actually verbalize my thought to him, i just left it unsaid. And then he just asks me “What did you say”? and I was like “What?” I didn’t say anything, but i was thinking about telling you something, and then he just spits out the VERY thing I was GOING to verbally say to him, but didn’t :w00t: . it’s really scary because he’s done this before..but on the other hand I love the fact that my man knows me SO well it’s amazing!!!
